I have been living in a community between Playas de Tijuana and Playas de Rosarito since 1986. I have been surfing the west coast of Baja and the mainland since the 1960s. That gives me the knowledge of the areas along the west coast and the real estate inventory available along the coast. Besides living and playing in Mexico, I have worked in management since the 1990s for large international companies located in Tijuana.
Since 2007, I have been working in Real Estate, I have studied real estate law, I am associated with the national realtors organization like AMPI and APIR as well as being licensed by the state of Baja California to sell real estate in Mexico.
There are so many fun things to do around here. Horseback riding, ATV’s on the beach, wave runners and surfing are just some of the fun pastimes. There are great golf courses, hiking areas, off road motorcycling, the list goes on. Then when it comes time for food and entertainment, “Oh my God” is all I got to say.

Qualifications:
- Attended continuing education on real estate law in Mexico
- Licensed to sell real estate by the state of Baja California
- Belong to AMPI / Asociacion Mexicana de Profesionales Inmobiliarias
- Speak Spanish well
- Have dual citizenship in Mexico and USA.
- Well traveled along the coast of Baja
- Lived here full time since 1986 and love every minute of it
- Been coming to Baja since the 1960’s
